mobile App and Website don't have my two systems listed.

I originally bought a system then returned it . Then I bought one system for my home and one for my business. When I sign on using the mobile app or directly through the web site, the old system is on the website but not the mobile app. The home is on the website but not the mobile app. The new business system isn't on the website. How do I reset all of these apps? I use the same sign on for both website and mobile app.

@DaphneGrimes you won't like the answer I am going to give you but I think its the best way to.

Tomorrow morning, CALL SS at 9am eastern. Hit option 4 and note estimated hold time. When you connect to an agent, provide the phone number you gave for your two new systems, and, confirm if you are disconnected you will get a call back right away. Get reps name and extension, they will readily provide it.

Next, explain what you have posted.  They will then "hide" the old accounts and made sure your new ones are active.

Well I called them this morning and Lavitta noticed the problem right off the bat. I had created two accounts and didn't realize it. I left a letter off of one of the emails. She said it would be corrected shortly. So it was operator error! DUH!

@daphnegrimescpa  Thank you for taking the time for posting your outcome. Note, there is no "duh" for just you but for all of us at one time or another.  I too have posted them over the years, including false alarms that were my fault!  Happy New Year to you and your family.

HI, @captain11  I support the answer . you have to just create a one account. Because both of the account you cant manage it .Or you can call the customer care of SS security . They can solve your problem.
