Mobile app won't work at all. Instead of launching I get a login page. Clicking sign-in gives me a "Hmmm. Can't reach this page" followed by a bunch of gibberish. Web site opens with a permanent "Connecting to SimpliSafe..." display. What is going on over there? Have you been hacked? Is my ala

Hi, I have also facing server issue in my Motorola phone. So I have talk to the customer care of SS . They told me sir please you have to uninstall the apps and again install the app. Your server issue will solve. Sop you have to try it otherwise

This forum feels like 1999. There's no search and other basic features found on other forums, many of which are open source and free.

Hello, I purchased an outdoor security camera but when I go to install the camera it says I need a Software update but the keypad, says it is up to date. However, the keypad has said the software was up to date when I first installed it in July I think. And I do only just found up that you don't up

Hii, I am supporting daved_d answer . First you have to update your software If its not working then you can again raise a question we will answer it.

I have been a simplisafe customer for a couple years but have never used the monitoring service and never considered using the app. We are  considering getting the monitoring service now due to some break-ins in the neighborhood but regardless can I use the mobile app if I don't have a monitor

Yes , You can use to push notification alarm error and much more! Simplisafe provided the app for monitoring service .For this you have to buy a subscription plan. Or You can also try premium monitoring for free for a month.
