IOS app does not work

For more than a month, I have not been able to use the IOS app for SimpliSafe. I contacted customer support via a phone call, and they indicated it was a known issue. When will this be addressed? I cannot add components to my system at my new address, which is forcing me to consider other options.

I have the latest version of the app from the App Store and the latest version of IOS for my iPhone X. When attempting to launch the app, I get a screen that says 'No Connection Please check your internet connection. Your app will automatically refresh when it reconnects.'

Same notification issues for me...it all started when I got a new router and a new iPhone 11 Pro...now all of a sudden my camera motion alerts are not pushing to my iPhone Simplisafe app.  I've spent hours on the phone with Simplisafe and have received different answers from everyone I've spoken with...it's Verizon - they're probably blocking some notifications, it's my router, it's my router speed, it's the app...uninstall and reinstall, it's my base sim card, hmmm I don't know what else to tell you, everything is set up correctly...no one can fix the issue...Although, a new base sim card is en route...maybe that will solve the issue.  The most recent suggestion...call Apple to see if they have a patch...guess what?  Apple is not working on a patch for one app...it's Simplisafe that needs to figure out how to get their app to work on the newer phones and updated operating systems...but, so I could say that I checked with Apple...I checked with Apple..and they said exactly what I thought they would...basically, the app developer needs to figure it out on their end.

Your iOS apps are not working may be due to iOS issues or software errors and other possible issues. To solve this problem, first, you could restart your iPhone to remove some software glitches that may lead to this problem. If this method doesn't work, you could try to hard reset your device, but it will delete all of your data. If you want an effective way to resolve the iOS app not working without causing any data loss, then you are suggested to use professional iOS system recovery tools such as Tuneskit iOS System Repair to get out of the trouble. This way will definitely work out the matter.

After hours of work in my end with no useful solutions in which multiple techs said sorry we can't fix, I have cameras working but now I can't turn on live through app on my iPhone 8! It works on other devices. Tech said well not our problem, must be your phone...sure. I tried hard reboot etc. I get one live stream sometimes and can't do it again unless I completely close out app every time. They are zero help. They say my system is working "perfectly'.....

I'm running iOS 13.6.1 on and iPhone.  When I launch the app, it won't allow me to enter the master PIN.  The app won't bring up the keyboard.  

Has anyone else run into this?  If so, suggestions on how to fix it?

IOS app not working. Can't log in at all can't see cameras can't do anything. It sounds like you have many issues with IOS Apple. Fix the issue and credit me the monitoring fee I pay monthly. If I can't access anything I shouldn't pay anything.

App not working on iPhone or iPad. When I called customer service I waited 45 minutes and after a brief conversation with technician even before I explained the issue she hung up. When I called back recording said they were closed for the night. Terrible service on this and prior calls, say they will call back and they never do. I'm so sorry I purchased this system.
iOS app stopped working and all my cameras crashed. Can't even log into the website browser based control panel!! Sounds like maybe a server network issue.

I think they are running an update right now, luckily seeing these four other posts about not being able to login made me feel better that it's not just me. I'm on iOS as well.

Called last night, after 45 minutes customer service rep answered, cameras and mobile app server was down and they hoped to have fixed by this morning. (Hasn't happened). said security monitoring was up and working though. I asked him why they did not post that with a message when you called in, would save excessive wait time. He said they had suggested that to supervisors but no action taken. Then said sorry, but I have 500 more people on hold to answer and tell them the same thing,

For those checking in about the issue from last night (10/27 into 10/28), the issues you experienced were due to an outage that affected cameras and some app functionality. This did not impact monitoring services.

Our engineering team reported that normal functionality was restored as of several hours ago, however if you're still experiencing any problems a power cycle of your cameras should fix it.

We have identified several areas where we can improve, and will be evaluating how to adjust our procedures and infrastructure going forward.

The App is still not working.  Going on 2+ weeks.  Called Customer Technical Service.  Explained I have reloaded the App 3 times...no difference.  I asked if this is a know issue.  Put on hold for 15 minutes to hear...yes, we are still trying to fix the App issue - no known ETA for resolution.

When is this issue going to be fixed and how will it be communicated.  Feel free to call me directly so I do not need to keep calling you for a status update.

This issue just reappeared this week, first week of November 2020.
Latest app update coupled with IOS update and the app is useless, will not load.

When monitoring remote installations and needing to be able to respond to emergency access requests, not being able to do this via the smart app defeats the benefit of a real-time response of a security system.

You have to get this under control and provide remedies. What are your plans to fix this? What are you currently doing to fix this?
When will you have a solution?

Update
We need a patch to this app ASAP.
Cannot even uninstall the app in hopes of resetting it with a fresh installation.
With a tropical storm headed to a location we need to monitor in real time, this app failure is really an issue.
Complete blank Screen. Still get alerts but have no idea.
