I am unable to validate my phone using SMS or voice call with a Peruvian phone number

Hi, I recently ordered a SimpliSafe kit. I'm from Peru, and I’m trying to sign in, but there is a validation step that requires an SMS code. I never received the SMS. I also tried with an alternative phone number, but it didn’t work. Could you please help me activate my account?

Hi @gerson, 

Unfortunately our SMS and 2-Factor Authentication messages can only be sent to US and UK phone numbers. If you have a Peruvian phone number, our system will not be able to send messages to it.
