Hack or malfunction

I went to check my SimpliSafe like I do every morning and all of my devices are gone. My app prompts me to set up a device. I don’t know if my account was hacked or if it’s a system malfunction. Does anyone have any answers?

Hi @kristynute7, 

I'm very sorry to hear this. There are no app outages that I am aware of, but please be rest assured that I don't think anyone has hacked into your system. I suggest contacting our Support team. At the very least, they can get your Base Station replaced which should help resolve this.
