Firmware update
Didn't update. I got a notification that an update had been applied. I checked the app and keypad. The number was still V 2.19.6.0. Tried to update from the keypad and message was "Firmware is up to date". I think not. And NO, I won't call overseas support. Last time I did, all I got was scripted responses and bad information.

Hi Simplisafe,
Similar thing here too.
On the timeline back on August 27 at 1:30am while the system was in home mode it states that Base Station Updated.
No update happened though, the system is on 2.19.6.0
If l go to the keypad > updates it states downloading update will take 25 minutes and l can use the system normally, but no update starts.
