Cannot login to Simplisafe accoutn on iPad or PC/chrome
I have just bought a SimpliSafe system, I want to access my account. On iPad or PC/chrome browser I go to https://simplisafe.co.uk/my-account/login , I provide my e-mail and password. I am sent a 6 digit verification code top my phone. I enter that then the SimpliSafe site gets stuck in an endless loop (after redirect to auth.simplisafe.com/u/mfa/detect-browser-capabilities/state?...."
It does not time out or say "incompatible browser " or anything like that. Whilst maybe not the absolute most up to date browsers, both of my device browsers work fine on all other sites I use.
How do I overcome this please?

Having the same problem. Only difference is I'm trying to connect it to my Home Assistant instance,

I'm just now having the same problem on my laptop that I have used for several years with SimpliSafe. SO frustrating!

Came here for the exact same problem.....endless loop of entering password, but dashboard wont open up on my laptop, as it has for years! So frustrating.
