CAMERA AND APP, CAN I USE LAPTOP INSTEAD?

i donot have a compatible phone to use the simplisafe app, can i use my laptop instead? if so how?

There is an online dashboard ("Control Panel") which provides many of the functions of the app. Login and "view account".

@ travelking2 yes you can. Use a web browser, log into the SS website dashboard and see all of your cameras on one page. Note you will need the 24.99 monitoring plan for multiple cameras or, you can pay 4.99 separately for 1.
