@bandbmn yes, you and your wife can both access your SimpliSafe account and system on your own individual phones. You both can do this by using the account's login credentials.
When multiple people have access to the same account, we also recommend setting up Multi-Factor Authentication. When enabled, you can register multiple phone numbers to authenticate your SimpliSafe account when logging in. This way you aren't waiting on one person to send you a verification code. @bandbmn Absolutely! My wife and I have done this with no issues for over 10 years. I should note that SS is working on their systems to allow for separate user logins. For now, you and your wife would both log in with the same user name and pw. No functionality issues.
