Base and Keypad are stuck at 1.6 level firmware.

I keep trying to download the firmware update however i continue to receive error messages.  I checked and my base is at 1.6.8 and my keypad is at 1.6.2.

I've had the system since April 2021 and it appears none of the firmware updates have installed automatically as designed.

Anyone else had this issue and able to resolve themselves?

Hi @vberg40,

Firmware updates for our cameras are automatic, but you must manually update your Base Station's firmware as it requires disarming your system.

What error message do you see when you try to download this firmware update? Also, the Base Station needs to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to download a firmware update. Do you know if yours is connect to Wi-Fi? You can check this in the Keypad by going to Menu > System Settings > WiFi.

Yes the base is connected to the wifi in the house.  Now there is no option to download the latest firmware.  Previously on the app i had attempted to download it and an error message would always come up.

@vberg40 I just pushed that firmware update to your Base Station again, so keep an eye on your Keypad as you should hopefully see a prompt to download this firmware update soon.

If you do not see this update available, or you continue to receive an error message when downloading this update I would recommend contacting our Support team so they can take a deeper look into your account.

I also checked on the keypad for updates and it says my system is up to date but i have 1.6 firmware still on base and keypad.
