SimpliSafe is the Nuts n Bolts of home security without all the BS and extra costs. Customer service was extremely helpful when I was contemplating purchasing the system. It was fun and easy to install and we know we can reach out for help anytime.

Absolutely love having this home security system! I can check in on my animals, view their activities inside and  outside, All while knowing they are protected. I feel comfortable when away and my mind is at ease.

With my door lock on and system in Home Mode for over 8 hours, why is 

the brain announcing after I turn the alarm off, that the door lock is not responding. My computer is even saying at that time that the door is open, which it is not.

It's super-easy to set up, doesn't take much time and everything works right.  Response time to alarms is shockingly fast.. thankfully they have just been 'false alarms' caused by me, heh heh.  Then I tell the Simplisafe person my weird, slightly embarrassing 'safe word' and all is well.  Very happy with my system.

I have been a customer of Simplisafe since 2014 and I have been extremely happy with the service.  Their response time for activity on my system is phenomenal.  Their monthly cost is awesome, so much less than most alarm systems on the market.  I continue to recommend this company to all my friends and family.  Thank you again!
