I love this system because just as the name implies - it's simple (if I can install it, anyone can.. lol ) and safe - it protects my entire home with sensors & cameras. The monitoring fee is very fair and every customer service question was answered quickly! Thank you - SimpliSafe

We've been SimpliSafe customers since 2015; changed the batteries twice. Billing has not gone up, stayed the same all these years. Once, I accidentally hit the Panic Button while painting the bedroom and they were on the phone within ten seconds - asked if everything was okay, asked for the safe word - very professional. Another time we left the house in a hurry and and forget to turn off the alarm from "Home" mode. We were halfway up the street when my cell phone rang and it was simplisafe informing me the alarm had gone off - again asking the safe word. This is a very professional customer service company and being able to set all the detectors up yourself without having to deal with installers in your home, is a great plus! We highly recommend this security company!

Easy to setup, diy, monthly cost and different tiers of services, referral program, periodically offering discounts. Good security service company to use overall :)

I appreciate being a SimpliSafe Customer. The customer service personnel are always so polite and professional. The system is easy to set up and easy to use. The cost too fits my frugal monthly budget. Thank you!

I like the fact that the alarm center had such a quick response to the one time I accidentally set of my window sensor.
They took my information in a professional manner and cancelled the alarm.
I extremely satisfied with SimplySafe.

SimpliSafe is the Nuts n Bolts of home security without all the BS. Customer service was outstanding as I was contemplating purchasing the system. It was fun and easy to install. When we have any issues we know we can reach out and get help quickly.
