I have had a simplisafe system for around 5 years...just upgraded to the next generation base station and cameras..good customer service...

This company has top notch customer service. No wait time. Very professional. Love about it is the updates they would constantly issue out so we have a flawless experience. Can’t complain. Love SS.

It simpli works, and I'm in control! I can configure the modes as I want and can change them for the odd unusual circumstance. Also if I ever have a problem, the customer services is great!
