@eamail2001 An Entry Sensor Not Responding error could either mean that the battery in the sensor needs to be replaced, or the sensor is unable to communicate to the Base Station.
I would first try replacing the battery in your Entry Sensor to see if that removes the error message. If that doesn't help, I would then try putting your system into Test Mode and testing the sensor to see if it's too far from the Base Station. This Help Center article provides step by step instructions on testing your sensor.
