Sensor issue after latest update

Yesterday I did the latest update. It seemed to go fine. But after it if a sensor is opened and then closed it does not show it as now closed. The fix is to open again and close again. The blue light on the sensor does blink to show the activity. This has never happened before, just after this latest update.

Hi @eamail2001, 

Are you experiencing this with just one Entry Sensor, or with all of your Entry Sensors?

It happened on the 2 that I used and is not consistent.

@eamail2001​,

Since you're noticing this issue with the Entry Sensors you've used, this might be a connection issue with your Base Station. I recommend removing the sensors from your system and then re-adding them (this can be done in the app). If you notice that this issue still persists, I would contact our Support team - they can troubleshoot your Base Station with you live.
