Motion sensor log
I am traveling and the alarm was triggered at 1 AM by an opened entry sensor on a door at my home. I suspect that this may have occurred due to wind blowing against the door. I would like to check to see if there was motion detected by the motion sensors inside my home shortly after the alarm was triggered to determine if this was a “false alarm.” Is there a way to view - or call SimpliSafe support to check - the motion sensor log?

Hi @sethbz ,
Even if an alarm has already been triggered by one sensor, all subsequent triggers from other sensors would still be recorded on your Timeline event log (in the SimpliSafe app or online). So for example, if a Motion Sensor was triggered during that alarm event at 1am, you would see it on the log.
