Motion Sensor Connecty

I have had my system for about 7 months and my motion sensor has been giving me problems since early on, I have replaced the battery but the it still won't connect to my system. Is my sensor faulty? Can I get a new one for no charge?

All the system components (including the base), have a 3-yr warranty from date of purchase, so yes, get it replaced if you can't get it working - just call SS, they may want to troubleshoot first, but chances are, they'll get a new one sent to you.  Ask them to ship it out ASAP (it's anyone's guess if they will use 5-7 business day shipping, all you can do is ask for expedited and see what they do).
