the menu options do not include settings > entry sensor

Thanks for the question. We might need to have a bit more info to get this figured. Which menu are you asking about? Is this on the SimpliSafe app, the webapp, or on your Keypad? If you can provide photos or screenshots, that would be helpful as well!

@msford53188​ thanks for clarifying. The System Settings section of the Keypad Menu includes settings that apply to the whole system.

But for settings for individual Entry Sensors, you want to navigate to the Devices section.

If you're looking for a particular setting or option, I can help point you to the exact spot as well.
