Identifing A faulty/Un-responsive Sensor
How do I determine what sensor is not responding. The system states'Entry Sensor not Responding' but does not identify which one.
I used the naming options given when I installed the entry sensors. I have 12 sensors so it laborous to identify the faulty one.

Hi rpauly4353,
There are a couple of ways to get more detail. First you can head over to your Keypad, and press the side of the screen where you see the <!>, indicating that there's a notification. You should be able to identify which sensor it is, by the nickname that you gave it.
Or you can head over to the SimpliSafe app, and look in the Devices section. You'll see all of the sensors currently added to your system, and any errors will be marked to their right.

Thank you for your response. It would be good if the basestation stated the specific sensor in question as well.
