Glassbreak Sensor Low Battery Warning w/2 New Batteries

One of my glassbreak sensors is not responding/showing as offline after I installed two brand new batteries when the low battery warning started. This is a brand new pack of batteries that I used for my Arlo cameras, and they're all working fine.

Is this similar to the false entry sensor low battery issue?? How can I fix it? I need a glassbreak sensor in that area.

Have you refreshed the status of the system?

Have you uninstalled the sensor and added it back to the system?
