I have a few questions for you so we can get to the bottom of this.
First, how long have you had the system, and when did these "offline" messages start to pop up?
And where are you seeing the warnings? On the Keypad, or in the app? If on the app, we're assuming that you pulled down on the Dashboard to pull the latest info from your Base Station as well.
Next, we want to know where those Glassbreak Sensors are. Are they in different rooms? Are some of them not set up yet?
I can tell you now though, that sensors can appear "offline" when they fail to check in with the Base Station (which they do on a regular basis). That could be from a low battery, or if there's interference getting in the way of the signal. But knowing more about your setup can help us get closer to figuring it out!
