There are a few posts scattered throughout the forum about sensors and garage doors with helpful tips, do a google search with keywords. Go to google and type into the search box:

Colt, good memory. I used a Youtube video from 2018 and for a few bucks and an entry sensor, my garage door is now protected. I sent an email to SS suggesting they copy it and make an official sensor. You can use the google site search and see the link I put up. Its easy enough that I was able to do it and works like a charm.
