I am not sure but ever since the new update my system did, the wifi network never recconects to it anymre, and when I do, it disconnects from the network within a few hours, has anyone had this issue? things I have done: Rebooted wifi router countless of times System is about 4-6 feet from main

@madgoose2k​ to get this connected if you change your network or make changes by adding a ranger extender to get the base working again is like getting blood out of a stone and I am a Network Engineer so I know what I am doing. I changed my range ext

So incredibly aggravating. Worked for 5 years and now it will not connect to wifi after update.  The base is sitting right next to the wireless router.  Makes no sense.  I have 31 devices setup and don't want to reset and loose all th

Hello, I just spotted a bug with the schedule arming which you may or not be aware of. If you change the time of arming and the time of disarming. Example. Armed at 23:30 and disarmed at 08:00 And you changed this to the following times... Armed at 23:00 and disarmed at 07:00 it will be

Hello, I have been asking for several years now to make changes to the LED on the base station and I know as a programmer and also a software engineer that this is possible. At the moment you have a slide switch to turn the base LED on and off which is fine. But at night that LED is very bright and

It's just too bright. It shines up the hallway.
