Unwilling to help

I have been paying for the self monitoring and I wanted to get help getting access to my recorded footage. I have not been getting the services I have been paying for. When chatting with the experts, they said I needed to call. When I called, I was hung up on. When I called back I was put on hold until it hit 12am EST

We sincerely apologize for this experience, which is definitely not up to our standard. It sounds like you encountered a technical issue with our phone system, because even if you had been holding until midnight, you should have been taken care of as long as you stay on the line.

The second issue is the one you were calling in about. Live chat agents are able to handle almost any concern, except things relation to your subscription, so that might be the issue here. Looking into your account, unfortunately I was not able to find contact info for you. Please contact our Support team again and we'll get this resolved ASAP.

I had my bank place a block on your charges. Please just cancel my subscription because it should not be this difficult to do.
