What a freaking joke.
I have called their "support' three times today.
first time i waited 30 minutes then hung up and decided to call back later thinking maybe i'd be lucky.
second time i waited 20 minutes then hung up because i was annoyed.
last time, i called and the line connected. i got a "thanks for calling simplisafe.' and then THEY hung up.
give me a freaking break here. i received a broken door bell and i can't get any damn support.
better business bureau much?! i just got my equipment and this is my first interaction? or should i say LACK THEREOF?!
SimpliSafe SimplyDoesNotCare. They take your money and wham, bam, thank you, ma'am!
