Phone Numbers
Noticed there are several SimpliSafe phone numbers. Here's what's in my phone contacts -
(855) 693-4911 - COPS Monitoring
(888) 910-1454 - Main
(800) 297-1605 - Support 1
(888) 957-4675 - Support 2
(800) 301-3759 - Billing
I'm assuming you will be connected to support via the Main, Support 1 and Support 2 numbers. Anybody have any wisdom in regards to support phone numbers?
Called Support 1 yesterday. My call was answered with no wait.
