Order Never Shipped
Hello,
I am extremely frustrated and annoyed with the customer service of SimpliSafe. I ordered my new system on May 22nd with 1 Day Overnight shipping.
As of June 23, my order has not arrived, nor has it shipped. 5 conversations with customer service agents and I have no resolution.
Over $300 spent with nothing to show. DO BETTER. Can anyone help out??
