Keypad In-op

My key pad does not display if the alarm is active in away, home, of off.  So when someone comes home, it looks to be off.  Then after the set time, the alarm goes off.  Do I need a new unit?

Before calling SS for troubleshooting or a replacement unit, try replacing the batteries in the keypad. But you are correct - your keypad is certainly not behaving as it should currently.

@dwhite6346 - when you posted "it looks to be off" do you mean nothing is displayed on the keypad?  Do you have any sensors set to Instant Trigger?
