Great Customer Service

I LOVE SimpliSafe! OK I know there are a lot of negative posts but I have had nothing but GOOD experiences from this company and their Reps. From the moment the components arrived, to calling for help with install, to adding new items. Tonight I spoke with Tony who helped me add a camera and a siren to my system. I used to have ADT and not only am I saving money but I get customer service I never got from them.
