excellent customer service

Today I received a replacement base station and keypad, After running into a roadblock in getting the new equipment activated, I encountered issues with the  devices we had. I called customer service and was connected with a representative named Tyler. He was very patient and helpful in getting the devices connected and in working order. He spent a good half an hour helping me out and is to be commended for his superior customer service.
