Entry Delay in Home Setting
I have recently observed that when my system is set in the HOME mode, there is a delay before the alarm sounds if a sensor is tripped for any reason. I presume this allows a disarming of the system if one inadvertently exits the home while the alarm is set. However, this is a safety concern. For example, if at home and an intruder breaks into the premises, the delay gives the intruder enough time to do harm before the alarm sounds and dispatch is notified. I understand the delay in the AWAY mode, so the home owner can disarm the system upon returning home. But the delay in the HOME mode is potentially dangerous. I would suggest a software update to eliminate the delay period when the system is in the HOME mode.

Then go to menu, settings, device settings, and set all rarely used entries to instant trigger. I have all but our 2 main entrances. Whenever these entries (rarely used doors or windows) are opened in home or away mode, the alarm will trigger instantly.
If your setup is different than mine, it's still possible, just different. Pose your differences, or cal SS for instructions.
