Did SimplySafe go out of business ?????

Did SimplySafe go out of business?   They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails.  The website is active.  Doesn't say anything about back orders.  Yet. Majority of my system is on back order.  

I was charged incorrectly.  I was also billed for items that have not shipped.  

I think I just signed up with a scam company.  Scammers.  

Anyone have any other phone numbers or personal emails from within the company.

Try calling first thing in the morning, at 9 am (ET), and try pressing #1 for sales, hopefully someone will answer sooner.

No, they haven't gone out of business, they are just doing some major SNAFU's with shipping and other mistakes over the holidays, it happens every single year, they never prepared in advance.

Ditto to the support line wait times and email responses. I don't think they have gone out of business but they sure have not staffed properly for whatever is going on right now.

New customer, just got my system installed by their recommended tech Saturday all was fine now the Sirren is not connected I follow instructions to reset and it does not work.... calling tech support and over 45 min wait time and no one answers regardless. Needless to say very disappointed so far. Does any one have any suggestions?

If they cant handle the orders then they should quit advertising so heavily

@RGN  the integration with SS3 and siren is very tight, dramatic improvement over SS2...=so If you bought SS2, return it asap.

That aside, sign into your dashboard, remove it and then readd. If that doesn't work, try replacing the batteries and then try again. If still issues, you should call SS and have it replaced. Note support is terrible through mid January and then settles down again.

Tried for 4 days to get someone to answer the phone!!!!  45 mins of hold each time.  Emailed 2x...no response!
Need to transfer service and not be charged for the days of waiting for a response!!!!!! What's going on???  Maybe I should just cancel service and get another security system.  Can't say I can recommend a company with no customer service!!!!
