Omg, wtaf Simplisafe. Your customer service chat experience is maddening.
Besides being subjected to repeated spelling and grammar errors, there's like a 5 minute interval between responses.
Do better! Thankfully I was able to at least accomplish what I came to the site for.

@jeremy_b_wilson I don't interact with support often, but when I do, with a few exceptions, it has been a very good experience. Can you expand on exactly what was the issue(s) you were attempting to solve?
