Another SS3 Install

My wife and I did a road trip to visit a college friend and his wife and pleasantly found out they acquired their 2nd SS3 system and asked me to assist installing it.  (Of course my wife knew this would be the highlight of the trip, about system 30 something).  What made this install interesting? My friend had already purchased a system to help support a family member about 3 hours away, and, in his own home his wife had set up a stand alone Doorbell Pro in her name.  The goal: install the new system at his house and add him to his own home's account and then add his home system to the one at the other family member's home that was already on his phone.  

Setting up the new system to the existing doorbell was a breeze.  Adding him to his wife's account, ditto, but adding his new home system to his phone with the other location, not so much.  After two failed attempts, I called support.  The agent patiently listed to our saga story, who I was and my friend and his wife, and at the end he laughed and said please hold for a minute.  He came back, asked for the two safe words on both systems and proceeded to work diligently with the result about two minutes later that he was done, the phones had the right locations and we were on our way for the rest of the evening.

Great system, and in this instance, great support.  No, SimpliSafe doesn't always get it right, but in this instance it did.  Thanks!
