Freeze Sensor Website Issue

You know, you would think by now a company such as SimpliSafe would have fixed the website issue with the Freeze alarm.  If I had to take an educated guess its messed up someplace in the forum code.  Because the APP does not show the Alarm, thus telling me that the system is not reporting the alarm.. It is simply how the SimpliSafe website is configured.  In the code someplace they have it look at what you set for the lowest and highest temp you want, and its suppose to show on the website if you have an alarm.  The problem is the code on the website is not checking to see if it is in between these 2 settings.  It can be something as easy as => or <= in the web code.  SimpliSafe could have a fix in less than an hour.. but well its been going on for how long now????

Have you updated your SS system recently?  The last update was suppose to address freeze sensor issues.  IDK if it did as I don't use them.
