IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SMOKE DETECTORS

Do not buy SimpliSafe smoke detectors if you need them this century.  They are on back order and will take months before you can get them.  What's more their customer support folks are completely unhelpful in resolving the issue.  They won't escalate the issue and they have no idea when they will be available.  RIDICULOUS!!
