Smart Lock
I love simplisafe and have been a long term user. But, many times I will start and stop my monitoring services for months. I can still check in with my cameras. If I purchase a smart lock for my front door will I still be able to use if I don't have monitoring.

Yes, the Smart Lock is able to function regardless of your level of Monitoring. So you can lock and unlock using the PIN pad no matter what.
Pro Tip: When you call our Support team to suspend your service, make sure to ask to downgrade to the Basic App Control plan, rather than canceling service entirely. Basic App Control is the no-cost plan that allows app controls, as well as notifications. So you'll also be able to lock and unlock your Smart Lock remotely, as long as your system is connected to WiFi!
