Smart Lock no longer responding

My front door has stopped responding. Auto lock, PIN code unlock and locking when the alarm is armed. All have stopped working a few weeks ago. Ive done all the basics (changed batteries, reinstalled,( recalibration does not work)) but nothing has worked.

Hey @saheedsneed thanks for letting us know. It's imperative that the steps are followed in exact order as this article.

If the steps are followed exactly and you are still experiencing issues, please send us a chat or give us a call as the unit may be defective, and they will want to run some final checks before issuing a replacement.

My lock is not showing offline status. It just won’t do anything. Won’t auto lock, won’t calibrate
