Automatic lock mode locking faster than 30-seconds.
System state: disarmed
Door sensor state: closed
Consistency: inconsistent, but often
Equipment: only a few weeks old
Lock positioning/turning: aligned and smooth cycling.
Why is my lock doing this?

Hi @MGSR,
The Smart Lock shouldn't auto-lock faster than the 30 second interval. I would try toggling the auto-lock setting off and back on again in the SimpliSafe mobile app to see if that makes the setting stick.
