Lock pin pad

I would like to know if I can buy and extra pin pad for inside of the door for my lock?

@carolineschmitz4 usually SS does keep stock on components for quick and easy replacement. Suggest you pick up the phone and call cusotmer service, or, use online chat.  Please post your outcome here if you get a chance.

@carolineschmitz4 We do not have additional Smart Lock PIN Pads for sale on our website. But as Captain11 mentioned, if you are experiencing an issue with your PIN Pad our Support team can help with some live troubleshooting and send you a replacement if needed.

i received a new pin pad and do not know how to replace it

@EV_Director You will first need to unsync your preexisting PIN Pad. You can do this in the SimpliSafe mobile app by navigating to My System > Device Settings > select your Smart Lock > Synced Devices. Select your PIN Pad and then X Unsync Device.

 

Next, you can sync your new PIN Pad to the Smart Lock. In the SimpliSafe app, go to My System > Device Settings > select your Smart Lock > Synced Devices. Select sync new, and then press and hold the lock button on the bottom left corner of the PIN Pad for about 5 seconds.

The lock button on my pin pad has worn down and no longer works. Are y'all saying the only solution from SS is to buy a whole new system?
