Website Feedback- literally!

I just spent the past hour or so providing feedback to three companies I do business with. One I praised, and the other two asked what junior high school designed and staff their websites. And to add an easy, quick button for customers to provide feedback. Yeah, I don't think they can walk and chew gum but based on previous experience from other companies, things do get better over time.  (That includes you, United Healthcare!)

Simplisafe has a great security system, and IMO (sorry for the repeat for those who know me) the best overall solution in the industry, always improving. That includes their website, but, hey web team, how about a simple click button to a short and easy feedback form?

Davey, and Emily, don't want to click on chat and don't want to use SimpliTracker in this instance, just a quick click to make some quick feedback notes.

Thanks, and now onto my state-of-the-art 1997 electric company.......

Hi @captain11 ,

Thanks for the suggestion. Just to clarify - SimpliTracker is the section of this Community forum where we track specific Product Requests (like this one) and keep you updated on known and confirmed issues (where only admins can post, after we've confirmed and/or reproduced the issue).

For general feedback unrelated to those two things, you can just post on our Testimonials section here. We'll make sure that your concerns reach the right department. For example, if you have specific notes about our main website - simplisafe.com - we can make sure it reaches the web team.

@davey_d thanks for making my point using simply tracker in the incorrect manner. A straightforward feedback button will be much more simpler and easy for customers to provide feedback on the website

@captain11 I'm not sure I'm understanding. What I'm saying is that if a customer has feedback, you can just post right here in the Community and my team will make sure that it goes to the right department. Essentially, this Community is the feedback form.

So like if you had concerns about how the shop front works (simplisafe.com), I'll make sure it reaches the Marketing team. If you spot a bug on the webapp (webapp.simplisafe.com), I'll send it to the app engineers. And if you found outdated info on the Help Center, that would go directly to my team at Customer Experience. The Community is the one place we take feedback for everything.
