For years I and others have asked SimpliSafe to conduct live moderated webinars here in the community. Not hard to do, they have the platform, the knowledgeable associates and God knows dozens of great topics to cover. Today, to show them it can be done (kind of) in a thread, I have selected the topic of "Are criminals targeting your home".  First here is a link to a video you may find interesting:

I have Echo routine that rotates my 6 interior lights on and off while I am out of town, and of course, my 30+ sensor SS3 system protecting my home.  Yard sign is a generic, not SimpliSafe (which could be a whole other webinar.)  

Nine houses on our cul-de-sac and we tell each other via group SMS when we are going on vacation so we can watch our houses. Neighbor kids earn a few dollars shoveling now, taking in packages etc.
