Low Battery Notification From Base Station

Just wondering if anyone else is receiving notifications from the Base Station, especially during the night that a sensor has a "Low Battery"?  My understanding is that the ONLY way to verify the status of a battery is to either "remove it and check it with a voltmeter or wait until the system/base station notifies your every three minutes until you take action; change it or remove the device from your system.

A simple fix I believe would have a software update allowing you to monitor the status of the battery through the APP.  Every other system I have ie security camera allows you to monitor the battery status and also informs you if the battery/device no longer works.  Just wondering??????????????

@figsnewton73 SS3 will actually notify you through a push alert and or a message in the app when a battery is low through its "pulse" feature. Not anxious to find out about this at 2am in the morning, I have shut off my trouble notification, as even though I have my base set for no voice alerts and no lights, it did wake my wife and I up with an alert. All it takes is once to have that happen to shut the warning off. A push alert or a notice in the phone app is much better in my opinion. :-)

I am not receiving low battery notifications. The system instead tells me the sensor is not responding and the battery is already dead. It should warn you first. It used to do that, but not anymore.
