Keypad with Dedicated buttons for Fire, EMS, and Police
I have noticed other companies have a keypad that includes buttons specifically for calling what service you may need during an emergency ie. EMS, Firefighter, Police. I feel this in my opinion would be a great addition to the keypad! Ie. if I noticed a fire I could quickly press the button to call firefighters to the area or click EMS if the fire injured someone.

That's been around for a long time. I switched from a SimonXT self-monitored system (installed in 2011) and my ADT system before that (installed in 2000) both had these buttons.
For what it's worth, I think it's a great idea and I think SimpliSafe should implement it.
