Help
We have called SimpliSafe, and they don’t seem to be able to solve the problem. Our camera is not deleting the videos. It says they are deleted, but we can still watch all of them. We have removed the camera and the application and reinstalled it, and have also done all the updates.

Hi @DBack,
Are you noticing this on an iPhone? Some users who have iOS devices have noticed that recordings will not immediately be removed after they delete them. If you toggle to the timeline in the SimpliSafe mobile app and pull down on the screen to refresh it, the video(s) that you are trying to delete should be gone.

I keep getting alerts that one sensor is not working. I cannot find this number, 1RPWW. I only have 6 sensors. Mary Ganci
