Though we also strongly suggest checking the Permits section on your online account:

1. Log in here
2. In the ☰ Menu, navigate to Monitoring.
3. You might need to scroll down, but on the bottom right of this page you'll see a section titled Alarm Permit Requirements. Clicking the link will open a box with all the info you need.

The above section would only appear if you already have active Monitoring Service. If not, or if you run into further trouble, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated Permits team at permits@simplisafe.com.

That was not helpful.  Not only is it incorrect, but there are also incorporated and non-incorporated areas in my city (And my previous city).  Also, it still does not have the requested information, such as the address and phone number.  Copy-paste responses are a waste of my time.
