Hi @countryham,

"Not Responding" means that the component is having trouble checking in with the Base Station. Since you've already tried multiple sensors in that same spot, we can gather that it's not a hardware issue, and there really is something about that particular spot that is blocking the signal.

I would suggest moving that Panic Button to somewhere else nearby, just to test - somewhere more open so that it would have an easier time broadcasting to to the Base Station.

I have not tried that but, I have Deleted the panic button from the system, and now about every two days I get the same message again that the panic button is not responding???

@countryham,

That is very strange. If the Panic Button has been removed from your system, then it shouldn't know about it anymore - let alone send warnings.

When you go into your account (through the app or webapp), and head to the Devices section, do you see any components with warnings? You'll want to hit the Refresh button on the top right to get the most recent info from your Base Station.

What I suspect is that either that first Panic Button hadn't been removed from the list yet, or there might be another component that is generating the warning.
