@ellendugan To echo Captain11, if you contact our Support team, they can transfer your account to the correct email address.

@ellendugan Easy. Use tech support chat, or my preferred method, pick up the phone and speak with customer service. Note you will have to authenticate for obvious reasons either way.
BTW, if its not easy, please post here you experience.
