Update crashed my base.

I attempted to install an update. The update did not complete. Now my base isn’t working at all. No lights. No sound. Not responding. Keypad can’t find the base. I’ve unplugged, pulled the batteries, waited several minutes before reversing these steps. (actually did this about three times) Tried a different power cord. Reached out to support and have received zero help. After reaching out to support, the base is no longer on my account. Tried to “add device” with no success. Tried “install a new system” with no success. Pretty frustrated. It’s been almost a whole week and support has not helped at all. Looking for any help before I cancel my account..

Thanks for reporting. Multiple things have gone wrong here, and if the issue was indeed caused by a malfunctioning firmware update, and the correct resolution should have been to replace the Base Station entirely.

Looking into your account, I see that we were indeed able to get that replacement order set up during your last call. But I want to make sure that when you set up that new Base Station, the process goes smoothly. I've requested a call from a specialist who will make sure we take care of this for you and you don't run into further difficulties!
