Repeat alerts for power outage

Over the past few months I have had repeated issues with alerts for power outages when there have been none. This now appears to be getting worse and in the last 24 hours I have had 14 alerts. Each one only lasts a few seconds. 

Phoned Simplisafe support in the UK, and there solution was to turn the alerts off!

Anyone else having the same issue?

No not yet. I was told by your Helpdesk that it will be sorted in a forthcoming firmware update due in the next 2 to 3 weeks but I was told that 6 weeks ago. So in the meantime I’ve had to turn of SMS alerts.

My unit has started sending me alerts of a power outage which is incorrect because my power is on: Power Outage: Your Home is Still Protected. Backup Battery in use as of 8:51 AM

@dakotabounder​ Hi there, is your Base Station still running on battery? The first thing we'd recommend is looking at the cable and making sure it's properly seated in the Base Station and at the wall outlet.
